SITE Partners

Working Together

Community development requires collaboration across sectors. SITE works with public agencies, private partners, and philanthropic organizations to make integrated development possible.

Public Partnerships

Kansas City supports SITEs integrated approach through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding. As a certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO), we work with municipal agencies on permitting, site planning, environmental compliance, and community engagement.

Private Partnerships

We work with private equity partners and construction professionals who provide flexible financing, development expertise, and industry connections. These partnerships enable project deployment and create job placement pathways for program graduates.

Philanthropic Partnerships

We collaborate with foundations and community organizations that provide program support, technical assistance, and connections to residents. These partnerships ensure our work serves real community needs and creates lasting impact.
